Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations? We are looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Manage inbound calls and emails, providing estimates and lead times to ensure high customer service standards.
- Efficient Call Management: Answer all calls within SLA, aiming for first call resolution.
- Service Order Management: Track service orders from logging to completion, updating technician schedules and linking repairs to purchase orders.
- Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed on service order status and spare part delivery.
- Customer Ownership: Provide a dedicated point of contact for service orders.
- Scheduling: Proactively schedule planned service orders for timely completion.
What You Need to Succeed
• 5 A-C GCSE's or equivalent
• Solid experience in customer service within a customer facing environment
• Competent with MS office especially Outlook and Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
