Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

This combined role primarily focuses on Supply Chain Management (SCM) while overseeing the Order Management function. The SCM & Order Management Manager will lead strategic supply chain initiatives and provide oversight and guidance to the Order Management team, working closely with the existing Order Management Team Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management:

Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies covering procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution,
Utilize SAP SCM-related modules to analyze and improve supply chain efficiency and responsiveness,
Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations,
Monitor supply chain KPIs and perform data-driven analysis to identify risks and opportunities,
Lead continuous improvement projects in supply chain processes,
Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Order Management:

Oversee the Order Management team led by the Team Leader, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction,
Provide guidance and support to the Team Leader on complex order processing issues and escalations,
Monitor order fulfillment performance metrics, ensuring timely and accurate order processing,
Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics departments to resolve order-related issues,
Support process improvements in order management workflows using SAP and other tools.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field,
Extensive experience in SCM with strong knowledge of SAP modules,
Proven leadership skills with the ability to oversee a team and work cross-functionally,
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
Ability to manage priorities between SCM responsibilities and order management oversight.

This position requires a strategic thinker dedicated to supply chain excellence while ensuring the Order Management team operates efficiently under the existing leadership structure.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

CV selection – we contact selected candidates,
Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min),
Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour),
F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
