Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Assist with laptop deployment, including staging, configuring, and preparing devices for new team members.
Shadow and assist the team in providing first-level IT support, helping internal employees resolve day-to-day tech issues.
Learn how enterprise hardware support works by helping log, track, and coordinate hardware repairs with external vendors like Dell.
Help maintain our IT inventory system, gaining insight into the full lifecycle management of enterprise equipment.
Assist in coordinating with end-users to ensure their devices are updated, secure, and compliant with company standards.
Help create and update user-friendly guides and IT documentation to make technology easier for everyone.

What You Need to Succeed

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A strong interest in IT support operations, hardware, and modern workplace technologies.
A basic, foundational understanding of hardware troubleshooting and computer networking.
Any prior exposure to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or basic networking concepts (VPN/LAN).
