Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

About the Role:

Join our global Product Inspection division as a Graphic Design Intern and gain valuable experience in creating high-quality visual content for marketing and sales. You will work on a variety of projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, supporting our teams worldwide with your creative skills and understanding of brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop graphic designs and visual elements for marketing materials, presentations, training content, and customer-facing sales tools to promote the Product Inspection division.
Contribute to specific projects such as contamination detection and other innovative product inspection solutions.
Collaborate closely with the writing team and colleagues across different departments and global locations to develop compelling content that aligns with divisional messaging and brand guidelines.
Support lead generation and telemarketing efforts by creating visuals for toolkits and sales processes.
Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery of design work.
Actively participate in the briefing, review, and approval process to ensure content meets project requirements.
Use project tracking tools to update stakeholders on the status of assigned tasks and projects.
Help deliver a consistent and harmonized design experience across multiple regions and platforms.

What You Need to Succeed

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, with advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software like Cinema 4D, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, or Autodesk Inventor.
Basic HTML coding skills for creating email marketing campaigns.
Experienced in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms such as WeChat and Line.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and networking skills.
Creative with attention to detail and ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
Comfortable collaborating within a matrix organization and across different time zones.
Willingness to learn new skills and keep up with design software developments.
