Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for individuals tasked with carrying out and implementing/maintaining MT Sales pricing administration process. Individual will interact MT Global business units to effectively maintain pricing data, pricing systems, setups and adhoc requests. Individual will support MT pricing templates and interfaces to support the global pricing execution. It is expected that the incumbent will drive improvements in our pricing systems including performing the mass upload and daily transactional tasks. This person will also be responsible for coordinating with the Manager insuring that MT business pricing needs are met

Responsibilities

Ensure that the deliverables of the stakeholders are completed within the agreed TAT.
Coordinate with Global Pricing shared services manager to fulfill MT pricing operations and strategy execution
Work with ambiguous data and issues to identify needed courses of action
Ability to Analyze business requests and translate into task requirements delegated to Shared Service Team for timely fulfillment
Prioritization of tasks to separate out business critical from routine or mass updates.
Coordinate timing and optimized execution of mass pricing record updates as needed
Daily price record maintence for custom product quotes and orders (ETO/NSMTO)
Ensure SAP/Vendavo pricing records are implemented consistently and accurately in alignment with global pricing policies.
Coordinate CSS loading of annual price increases and discount updates according to MT Timelines for product and services
Setup of MT promotion campaign discounts for MT Global units.
Maintain appropriate process documentation and controls to Support internal/External audit inquiries
Support adhoc pricing requests
Assist and provide data as needed to resolve errors or ticket issues
Maintence of other misc price conditions in ECC (SAP) (return fee, min order, etc)

Shift Timings: 5:30pm - 2:30am from Monday - Fridays

What You Need to Succeed

The successful applicant should possess:

Good Data Analysis skills, Advanced Excel
Intermediate Knowledge of SAP
Ability to review and analyze large amounts of data and communicate observations, in a quantifiable manner to management
Strong process improvement and creation skills
Detail-orientation can do attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create actionable tasks for CSS team.
Quickly grasps and understands and prioritize business requests
SAP ERP knowledge, preferably ECC 6.0
Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills - fluent in English (written and spoken)
A bachelor's degree or higher
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a multi-cultural environment
