Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive sustainable growth across key market segments. As a member of the local Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy while developing and executing integrated initiatives that strengthen brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and support revenue growth.

The role encompasses responsibility for Marketing, eCommerce and CRM, including the leadership and development of three team leaders across these functions. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership capability, and hands-on marketing expertise within a B2B environment

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
Lead, mentor and develop three team leaders across Marketing, eCommerce and CRM.
Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and content marketing.
Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and pipeline development.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and analytics.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to localise campaigns and leverage group initiatives in the UK market.

What You Need to Succeed

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within B2B, technology, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce and CRM systems.
Strong strategic marketing planning and execution capabilities.
Demonstrated success in demand generation and revenue-focused marketing.
Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets and marketing performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
