- Share best practices and improve processes within and across agile teams, and mentor more junior developers 在敏捷团队内部及团队之间分享经验，并参与流程改进，指导初级开发人员
- Responsible for reinforcing team rules that include the rules of Scrum, Built-In Quality，Work in Process (WIP) limits etc 负责持续优化团队工作规则，包括Scrum、内建质量、任务管理以及其它敏捷团队所达成一致意见的规则
- Trained as a team facilitator and is continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of development to improveperformance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity to facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals 激励团队持续致力于改进现有的开发规范，以提升质量、可预测性、流动性和速度等方面的表现来促进团队达成目标
- Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective. Teaches problem-solving techniques andhelps the team become better problem-solvers forthemselves 推动团队改进并对他们的行为负责；组织团队开展定期回顾，指导团队掌握解决问题的方法，使团队具备更好的自我解决问题的能力
- Facilitates team events, including (where applicable) the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning,Iteration Review, andIteration Retrospectiveensures they are productive and kept within thetimebox 组织并开展敏捷团队的各项管理事项，包括每日站会、迭代计划和迭代回顾，以确保团队工作富有成效和按计划进行
- Helps the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy teamdynamic with respect to priorities andscope 帮助产品负责人管理待办任务，指导团队通过动态化调整任务优先级，让团队的工作保持在一个良性的状态

您的成功要素
- Bachelor or above, computer science or similar education background 本科或以上学历，计算机或相关专业
- 5+ years of experience in programming with Java. Solid multi-thread programming skills 5年以上Java研发经验，扎实的多线程编程功底
- Minimum 2 years project management or scrum master experience on new product development (Software Product) 2年以上软件产品的项目管理或Scrum Master经验
- Knowledge of at least one kind of relational database (PostgreSQL, etc.), with experience in database performance tuning (including index optimization, SQL tuning, database/table sharding, transaction optimization, etc.); candidates with experience in handling massive data are preferred 掌握至少一种关系数据库（如PostgreSQL），具备数据库性能调优经验（包括索引优化、SQL调优、分库分表、事务优化等）经验者优先
- Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate 掌握Spring Boot，JPA/Hibernate框架 Knowledge of distributed system architecture and development, mastering core technologies such as distributed caching (e.g., Redis), message queues (ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ), and load balancing (Nginx) 有大型分布式系统架构的研发经验，掌握微服务、分布式缓存、消息、负载均衡等，有ActiveMQ经验者优先
- PMP certificate like IPMP or PMP is recommended. Scrum Master certification like CSM, ACP or SSM is recommended. Advanced Scrum Master certification like A-CSM or SASM is preferred 具备PMP / CSM / ACP / SSM / A-CSM / SASM证书者优先
- Good Command in both written and spoken English, also need to demonstrate good English presentation. Ability to work under pressure 良好的英语书面、口语与汇报能力，能在压力下工作
