Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you ready to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a dynamic team? We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to own all customer-facing processes for Inside Sales Support, Customer Service, Billing, and Distribution Logistics within our Sales and Marketing Organization. Your Impact:

Champion the customer experience as the internal "Voice of the Customer"
Manage a team of 4-6 Inside Sales Support Representatives
Ensure timely order entry and customer response, including oversight of our Shared Business Center in Malaysia
Lead eCommerce initiatives to onboard customers and launch new platforms
Collaborate across logistics, procurement, sales, and marketing teams
Define and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelors in business or equivalent experience.
Systems-oriented, including knowledge with SAP CRM, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Excel.
2-3 years of experience in a management function.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of our office in Billerica, MA.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is ideal.
