Sales Support Coordinator/Quote Administrator - Temporary Position

This is a temp position for 90 days
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for working with Sales Engineers completing quote output, compiling and sending quotes to Hybris and end customers. Coordinate and assist Sales Engineers in preparing quotes, updating cover letters, compiling quote documents such as value content, marketing collateral and drawings. Assist in creating and posting daily Quote housekeeping reports and KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage, create and complete Quote stage tasks
- Update payment terms, shipping conditions and layout on all quotes.
- Maintain templates and update cover letters and lead time on all quotes
- Create and manage discount approval workflow on applicable quotes.
- Maintain templates and create value content to include in all quotes
- Attach technical annex documents to all quotes
- Compile and send completed quotes to Hybris and to end customers
- Create, manage and distribute daily Quote KPIs
- Manage and validate daily housekeeping reports
- Contact Sales Reps and Channel Partners for RFQ corrections as needed
- Efficient at multi-tasking, time management & self-prioritizing with minimal supervision
- Highly professional with a positive attitude
- Detail oriented
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP CRM, systems preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate's degree in business administration is preferred
- Minimum 3 years in Sales Support role
