Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for Ohaus and MT Online dealers and end users in all technical aspects relating to our weighing and electro-chemistry products – repairs, trouble shooting, applications, documentation, and product information.
Resolving product or service problems.
Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
Support and prepare the administration in relation to warranty failures.
Continuous improvement of technical know-how, language skills and software understanding.

What You Need to Succeed

Proficiency in French and English language,
Good communication and planning skills, as well as customer orientation,
Tech savvy mindset.

That will be your additional asset:

SAP or other ERP system experience,
Previous experience in customer service, customer facing role will be an asset,
Knowledge of other language like German, Spanish or Italian.
