Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Service contracts administration
Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract maintenance and contract renewal
Maintaining customer information and device database in CRM with reference to information delivered by technicians or customers
Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team
Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's

What You Need to Succeed

Very good knowledge of English (B2 or C1 level).
Previous experience in similar role.
Well-developed MS Office skills.
Quick perception and excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of SAP or other CRM would be an asset.
Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset.
