Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Management and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, CRM, BW, PO, CPI, ALM, SolMan etc.) on both on-premise and cloud platforms.
Conduct regular system patches and upgrades.
Support cloud transformation.
Support SAP Roll-outs activities.
Perform regular system health checks and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Handle SAP system installations, configurations.
Perform tuning activities to optimize system efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies.
Perform regular backups and restore activities as needed.
Work closely with team members, other IT teams, developers, and business users to provide technical support and resolve issues.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
Proficient in managing and administration of SAP on-premise and cloud systems.
Very strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver ECC & CRM & SAP HANA database.
Knowledge of SAP BTP Platform or Cloud Applications (ALM, CPI) is a plus.
Experience in system installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL, DB2).
Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Certifications: SAP Basis or SAP HANA certification is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
