Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Looking for an exciting, unique opportunity? We are looking for a Service Centre Coordinator, with a twist! This blended role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a mix of hands-on technical work and administrative responsibilities. It offers the opportunity to be both a problem solver and an organizer, making it a dynamic and fulfilling career choice. Working both in the office and the field!

Practical/technical background preferably in a laboratory-related environment, but this is not essential as full training will be given.
Attention to detail and high level of working standards
Quotation Management: Generate and send pipette quotations to customers within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Lead Management
Escalation Management
Contract Amendments
Outstanding Customer Service

What You Need to Succeed

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with scheduling and documentation software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
