Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Quotation and Order Booking and Invoicing for Spare parts.
  • Achieve Revenue Target on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Spare Parts Leads handling, nurturing and/or re-allocation as per guidelines.
  • Should have capability to learn technical product information, which they should use to understand customer's spare need.
  • Creating Quote in SAP and Sending Quote to customers.
  • Follow up for Orders with customer over phone and email.
  • Techno Commercial discussion for Quote submitted.
  • Regularly Updating status of Leads in tracker.
  • Building good customer relationship on long-term basis.
  • Handling Service sales cycle from Quotations -> Follow Up -> Negotiation -> Order processing and booking.
  • Advance Payment collection -> Dispatch -> Payment Collection for Credit PO's.
  • Reviewing with internal stakeholders for pending Orders.
  • Timely collection of receivables as per MTIN guidelines.
  • Preparing and sending quotes for leads assigned to SL/TL/RSM.
  • Provide Cross Leads for Service and Products.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Educational Qualification
  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) + MBA preferred
  • Major KPI's - Revenue, AR, Time from lead to quote
