Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Depot & Calibration Service Assistant is responsible for handling calibration equipment enrollment activities, plan, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate to the in-shop calibrator team. Diagnose customer issues, troubleshoot non-technical issues, and escalate technical problems to appropriate the in-shop team when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Arrang calibration orders by scheduling jobs to calibrators.
Support and prepare job sheets, calibration certificates, and any specific requests from customers when the job have completed.
Contact to customers to make delivery appointments.
Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers throughout the support process.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or any fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
