Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Accurately apply customer payments to their respective accounts using Tally
Reconcile cash application discrepancies and resolve payment issues
Maintain and update records of payments received and post them in the accounting system
Collaborate with the accounts receivable and sales teams to resolve payment-related queries
Monitor and report on cash flow and outstanding payments
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash application
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Shift Timings: 9am-6pm

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Tally, SAP or other ERP systems
Experience with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ability to handle large volumes of transactions efficiently
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of banking processes and electronic payment systems
Time management and organizational skills

Soft Skills:

Proven experience in cash applications or accounts receivable
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP software
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
