Your Role: As Field Sales Representative you will have full responsibility for managing and developing assigned market segments and your main activities will be:

Creating and executing sales strategies tailored to market needs and company goals.
Analyzing the market and defining sales development directions based on your own research and the Company data.
Managing the sales budget and monitoring financial results.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Overseeing the sales process and collaborating with the team to achieve ambitious targets.
Coordinating sales activities in cooperation with the inside sales team, tele sales, and other product divisions within the company.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor`s degree (mechanical, automation, electronics) or proven experience in these technical fields.
Experienced B2B sales professionals, eager to take full ownership of their sales territory and market.
Experience in selling in the industrial sector is an advantage.
Result-oriented individuals with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to independently analyze market data and draw conclusions.
Strategic thinking and planning skills for sales activities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Very good command of English, both oral and written;
Hungarian language is a must.
