Are you a scientist or engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working with innovative technology?

Do you have a background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Development, Formulation Science, Scale-Up, or R&D and want to influence the future of software used by scientists worldwide?

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team and help shape the future of the Scale-Up Suite™ software portfolio including Autochem.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your scientific expertise with product strategy, working at the intersection of science, technology, and customer experience. You'll collaborate with customers, subject matter experts, commercial teams, and software developers to create solutions that help scientists and engineers accelerate innovation and solve real-world challenges.

Drive Product Strategy

Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Identify market opportunities and help shape future product direction.

Own the Product Lifecycle

Manage the complete software product lifecycle from concept through release and continuous improvement.
Prioritise and maintain the product backlog.
Translate customer and business requirements into clear feature requirements and user stories, and actionable development plans.

Collaborate Across Teams

Act as the key link between customers, development teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate decision-making and align cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive ongoing enhancements.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritise competing requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with technical, or scientific or modelling software products.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
Experience within a SaaS or software-driven business environment.
Willingness and ability to travel worldwide; up to 15%
