Our Team is looking for Marketing Content Specialist (that title will be given on the contract).

This role is responsible for creating, managing, and distributing high-quality marketing content across various platforms. The specialist will ensure that content is accurately archived, updated, and communicated effectively to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Additionally, this specialist will play a key role in supporting the social media and communications managers in developing tailored content, aligned with current marketing trends, for multiple social media channels.

Your responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality marketing content including guides, white papers, reference papers, and application notes.
- Develop and support the creation of microcontent tailored for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Line) in close collaboration with the social media and communications managers.
- Support content creation for community presence and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update change request lists to track revisions and content updates.
- Ensure timely updates and consistency of internal and external documents.
- Archive and upload content to digital repositories such as Klyck, Fotoware, DAM, and the corporate website (mt.com).
- Manage translations and coordinate the localization process to ensure content is suitable for diverse markets.
- Communicate content updates internally via SharePoint platforms and newsletters, including LabTec4You and LabDiv newsletters.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, the marketing team, and the eBusiness team to align content with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Multi-media Team on production of high-quality webinars, focusing on scripts and taking part in the recording review process.
- Participate in projects focused on content supply chain optimization and asset management improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to measure ROI and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Plan and support content promotion via global email campaigns in collaboration with relevant teams.
What You Need to Succeed
- At least 4 years proven experience in marketing assets/content creation and management.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management tools like Klyck, Fotoware, and DAM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality content standards.
This would be an additional asset:
- Experience in a technical or scientific industry.
- Knowledge of content supply chain and asset management practices.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- CV selection - we contact selected candidates
- Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
- Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
- F2F meeting in the office with the Manager and key stakeholder.
