Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Junior AP Accountant (f/m/d) to support our AP Team. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their accounting skills while contributing to daily accounting activities and month-end closing processes across multiple reporting units.

Your main tasks:

Processing documents in SAP VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces ,
Posting of IC invoices,
Closing AP books and completing AP account reconciliation,
Preparing automatic and manual payments,
Performing intercompany payables process including netting and vendor account reconciliation,
Managing generic mailbox ,
Bank data confirmation process in English.

What You Need to Succeed

6 months / 1 year experience in a multinational company,
Knowledge of English B2 minimum,
Excel skills (basic level),
Numerical and analytical skills,
Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions,
Good communication skills,
Attention to detail.
