Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional results?

At METTLER TOLEDO, We're seeking an experienced, ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of winning and growing business within a field-based sales environment.

As a Field Sales Specialist, you will:

Drive sales growth across our Industrial product portfolio.
Identify and develop high-potential accounts and new business opportunities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
Develop account penetration strategies based on market and customer insights.
Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to maximise sales effectiveness.
Collaborate across business units to deliver complete customer solutions.
Support customer engagement through joint visits, seminars, and events.
Monitor market trends and provide valuable feedback to management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

What You Need to Succeed

Proven success in B2B field sales, account management, or business development.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
Skilled in account development, and pipeline management.
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity and sales opportunities.
Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within a designated territory.
