Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Responsible for after sales service function.
Provide sound consultation on application and related compliance regulatory standards.
Perform Calibration, Preventive Maintenance, Installation and Repair Device in LAB Products.
Prepare and maintain calibration records, report and certificate in accordance with ISO requirements.
Provide technical support and customer service including on-site service, equipment inspection and problem resolution.
Provide sound consultation on company's product solution and application. Perform engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Science, or related fields.
Have 1-3 year’s experience in Installation, Repair, Calibration and Maintenance of MT's Products will be an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic character.
Good command in English.
Able to use computer especially MS Office, Window, Internet.
Able to drive and hold valid driving license.
Able to travel both upcountry and oversea.
