Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for after sales service function.
  • Provide sound consultation on application and related compliance regulatory standards.
  • Perform Calibration, Preventive Maintenance, Installation and Repair Device in LAB Products.
  • Prepare and maintain calibration records, report and certificate in accordance with ISO requirements.
  • Provide technical support and customer service including on-site service, equipment inspection and problem resolution.
  • Provide sound consultation on company's product solution and application. Perform engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Science, or related fields.
  • Have 1-3 year’s experience in Installation, Repair, Calibration and Maintenance of MT's Products will be an advantage. 
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic character.
  • Good command in English.
  • Able to use computer especially MS Office, Window, Internet.
  • Able to drive and hold valid driving license.
  • Able to travel both upcountry and oversea.

  • Increase SCV order completion rate 2%
