    Business Analyst (Enterprise Reporting & Analytics)

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    As the ER&A Business Analyst, you will design, implement, and audit reporting processes and documents, contributing to new report creation and user interface development for business analytics. This role aids business users in making effective decisions to drive revenue growth and reports to the ER&A Regional Lead for North America.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements, conduct fit gap analysis, assist in user acceptance testing, and deliver functional documentation according to Global ER&A governance standards,
    • Develop reporting solutions using tools such as Custom Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and KNIME to support KPIs and business needs,
    • Provide end-user training and documentation on report usage,
    • Work with functional teams and the Global ER&A team to troubleshoot report issues and deliver data insights,
    • Contribute to knowledge transfer and user training as needed,
    • Support the development team in creating SAC Cockpits and KNIME workflows as assigned by the manager.
    What You Need to Succeed
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1),
    • 2-3 years of experience in reporting using BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or SAP Analytics Cloud,
    • Skilled in conducting working sessions, preparing functional requirement documents, and creating test scripts and training materials,
    • Analytical skills to research problems, determine solutions, and implement ideas,
    • Experience in conducting training sessions, both individually and in groups,
    • Familiarity with global business environments in a decentralized, multi-national context,
    • Development experience in SAC or KNIME is a plus.
