Inside Sales Specialist - Retail

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join a collaborative and customer-focused sales team where you'll play a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll partner closely with Field Sales to identify opportunities, coordinate customer engagement, and deliver exceptional service that helps customers succeed and contributes to revenue growth. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Partner with Field Sales Representatives to support quoting, order management, customer follow-up, and sales activities within assigned territories. 
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, identifying key decision-makers and generating high-quality leads. 
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, onsite visits, and virtual sales appointments to support account growth. 
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, serving as a trusted resource and point of contact. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, and support effective pipeline management and reporting. 
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and internal support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required 
  • At least 1 year in sales, customer service and/or marketing experience, or relatable education experience. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs 
  • Excellent people skills to create rapport with prospects quickly 
  • Experience using SAP's CRM system is a plus
