Vehicle Solutions Sales Consultant
Location Chicago, Illinois Date de publication April 30, 2025 ID de l'offre 19287 Pay Range $95,714.29-$128,571.43 (Including Commissions)- Work to meet annual targets by actively collaborating with sales manager in account selection process and identifying key Prospecting (P) and Farming (F) accounts aligned with strategy
- Travel throughout assigned territory both collaboratively with sales manager(s) and technical application consultants, and independently to call on regular and prospective customers to educate, inform, and solicit orders.
- Active Business Development focusing on building engagement plans targeting P accounts to grow market share and expand territories
- Professionally manage and expand key accounts (F) through key account management techniques helping customers increase efficiency and reduce waste in there weighing processes.
- Actively participate in bi-weekly pipeline reviews and penetration plan reviews
- Work with sales manager to develop comprehensive territory review at least once per year which includes market, channel, and competitive landscape, detailed penetration plan overview, and other key topics as required
- Actively work to understand our data systems, rules, and areas for improvement in order to improve the quality and completeness of data within the CRM
- Complete other non-customer reports and process on time (i.e. expenses, evaluations, and won/lost order reports)
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- This role does have any specific educational requirements; however, successful candidates with any engineering experience will be preferred.
- Project management skills are beneficial and industrial sales experience is recommended.
- Overnight travel requirements for this position may be up to 50%.
- Must be organized and excel at planning and organizing customer facing events
