Junior Compensation & Benefits Analyst (All Genders)

We are looking for a Junior Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, building reports and dashboards, and using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, Visual Basic, and macros to support business analysis and decision-making.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into insights, improving processes, and working in a dynamic environment within the Compensation & Benefits area.
Your tasks:
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze Compensation and Benefits data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and ad hoc analyses using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Support salary reviews, market analyses, benchmarking activities, and the annual bonus cycle, including data preparation and payout calculations.
- Assist with cost modeling, salary budget simulations, and other compensation-related analyses.
- Use Excel macros, VBA, and Python to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Participate in salary surveys, including data submission and results upload, and support job grading activities.
- Support benefits administration and maintain related data.
- Cooperate with HR, Finance, and IT teams on process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Participate in regional and global Total Rewards projects as required.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with 2 years of professional experience.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Very good analytical skills and use of the tools:
- Good command of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
- Basic to good knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge Visual Basic, and/or macros for automation and reporting.
- Ability to create clear dashboards and visually appealing reports.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of an HRIS such as SuccessFactors, Workday or SAP,
- Knowledge of Python.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- CV selection – we contact selected candidates,
- Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min),
- F2F Initial interview with the Manager (approx. 1 hour),
- Additional meeting with stakeholders - to be confirmed.
