Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Elevating our marketing to the next level. Away from feature advance benefit to customer centric value selling approach
    • Review current marketing material structure and define future desired state
    • Tailor material and sales training for indirect channel
  • Improve marketing capabilities of team and foster marketing mindset
  • Understanding international specifics and represent global view within the team
  • Expert in clustering and segmentation
    • Drive Voice of Customer: From paint point to value proposition
    • State of the art approach in requirements collection
    • Ability to target specific segments
  • Creating and maintaining regional macro and micro environment analysis (PEST)
  • Improving and structuring training
    • Train internal sales organization and external partners around the globe virtually (SI and SEA)
    • Use of Webinars, eDemo, online webcast
    • Ensure training has desired effect. Validate that training has been understood by the targeted audience
  • Organize and coordinate content centrally
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Marketing) preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of designing and implementing marketing activities
  • 1+ year experience in sales trainings is a plus
  • Strong experience in Voice of Customer, solution and value messaging approaches
  • Advanced writing skills in English
  • Proficient in digital topics with a strong digital mindset
  • Experience in Design Thinking desired
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation
  • International experience desired
