METTLER TOLEDO systems & solutions for customers, providingcrucialsupport to Field Sales Representatives and end-userswithin the market in Hungary and othercountries from our region.
A strongtechnicalbackgroundisessential to succeed in this role, as itrequires the ability to deeplyunderstand and learnaboutourtechnical products and services, provideeffectivetechnicalsupport, and configuretailoredsolutions to customerneeds.
- Provide high quality service for incomingcalls, emails and requests from customers and prospectsrelated to leads, quotesororders;
- Qualify and manageleads, ensuringtheyareaccuratelyenteredinto the CRM system;
- Create, followup, revise and closeselectedquotes;
- Supportsalesactivities for anassignedgroup of Field Sales Representatives by providingproductinquiries, offergeneration, order review, order status updates and problem resolution;
- Plan visits for Field Sales Representatives;
- Providetechnicalsupport for ongoingprojectsbased on availabledocumentation;
- Select and configureappropriatesolutionstailored to customerrequirements;
- Prepare tender documentation;
- Manageall business-relatedactivitiesusing SAP CRM system;
- Participate in the organizing trade fairs, seminars, industryconferences;
- Collaborate with the Shared Business Center to resolveissues and supportproperinformationworkflow;
- Supporting OMS/SCM team locally.
KeyCompetenciesrequired:
- Verygoodcommunicationskills (verbal and written);
- Customerfocus and commercialskills;
- Results-oriented with stronginterpersonalskills and influencingability;
- Understanding of the salesprocess with basicproject management skills;
- Good command of English, bothoral and written;
Background/experience:
- A technical (orrelatedfields) background with ability and acumen to learnaboutour products and/or services;
- High School Diploma/Bachelor's/Master'sDegreepreferably in Engineering, Science orequivalentrelatededucation ;
- Min. 2 years of anycombination of customer service, sales, callcenterorrelatedexperience.
