Talent Sourcing Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for job openings, particularly in the early stages of the recruitment process. Their role primarily focuses on the proactive search for talent, using various tools, strategies, and platforms to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, company databases, and employee referrals to find candidates. Apply SuccessFactors or equivalent search techniques and engage in social recruiting to attract passive candidates. Build and maintain a talent pool for future needs.
  • Candidate Mapping: Identify potential talent sources, including organizations, universities, and locations, based on hiring needs. Research and create candidate profiles, focusing on specific roles, industries and location, while analyzing competitors' talent strategies.
  • Screening & Shortlisting Candidates: Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and shortlist candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with passive candidates, promote company culture, and assist with interview scheduling and coordination with the recruitment team.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Provide qualified candidates to the recruitment team for further evaluation.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously research industry trends, recruitment tools, and competitor strategies to improve sourcing techniques.
  • Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes not limited to volume hiring, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, while collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • To participate in recruitment events both public and in-campus.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years recruitment experience, with talent sourcing expertise in either an agency, RPO or in-house environment.
  • Proficient in both Basic & Advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Custom Search Engines, Social Media etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and networking skills. Open mind, flexibility and resilience with positive mindset.
  • Ability to work on different topics simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, with a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
