Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Team management (20%)
    • Build load cell team's capabilities in professional expertise, technical innovation, and knowledge management. Drive digitalization and automation by integrating digital load cells with compact automation terminals.
    • Recruit, manage, coach, and develop team members; set and evaluate objectives; maintain regular communication; and ensure company policies are clearly communicated and understood.
    • Lead the execution of company strategy within the load cell team to ensure reliable, consistent delivery.
    • Play a key role in the company's Business Agility initiatives to support continuous customer value creation.
  • New product development (40%)
    • Lead the agile development and iteration of new load cell product, improving development efficiency, product quality, and time to market.
    • Own the mechanical design of load cell and coordinate joint development and technical support with other teams.
  • Research and Innovation (15%)
    • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and prepare technical feasibility reports.
    • Generate, validate, and implement innovative concepts based on market and customer requirements; pursue patent protection where appropriate.
    • Contribute to the definition and evolution of the load cell technology roadmap and translate the roadmap into new product development priorities.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze global trends in weighing technology and prepare competitive analysis reports.
  • Product maintenance (15%)
    • Manage the maintenance and lifecycle support of existing products, with a focus on technical support for internal and external customers.
    • Continuously improve the quality and performance of released products, and document findings, actions, and outcomes in technical summary reports.
  • Cross-unit cooperation (10%)
    • Actively contribute to company strategic projects to enhance "China Growth and Global Impact."
    • Fulfill customer centricity through end-to-end collaboration with other R&D teams and with Operations, SCM, Quality, Finance, and HR to better serve IC customers.
    • Build effective cross-unit and cross-functional partnerships to support strategic initiatives and enable growth of weighing business.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Master’s degree or above with mechanical background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and new product development for load cells, sensors, or comparable precision instruments.
  • At least 3 years of team management or project management experience, team size is 5 or more employees; proven ability to recruit, coach, set objectives, evaluate performance, and build capabilities.
  • Strong expertise across the product lifecycle, including translating customer and market needs into concepts, mechanical design, feasibility analysis, verification and validation, industrialization support, sustaining engineering, quality improvement, and technical service.
  • Demonstrated capability in technology trend awareness, technology roadmap development, competitive analysis, innovation management, and intellectual property development.
  • Strong strategic thinking, growth mindset, structured problem-solving, execution, and change-leadership skills, with a consistent focus on customer value, quality, and measurable results.
  • Fluent English in spoken, listening and writing.
