- 负责软件特性的设计方案编制和审核，确保设计输出的齐全性、准确性
- 负责新技术的调研评估和引入应用
- 负责老产品的日常维护，及时解决用户反馈的问题
- 协同项目经理、硬件及其他项目成员的工作
- 参与全球跨团队的技术与项目合作
- 学士学位及以上，计算机，软件工程，自动化，仪器仪表或类似专业
- 5年以上软件开发经验，精通嵌入式系统编程，熟悉C/C++或其他相关编程语言
- 具备扎实的Linux应用开发经验，精通Linux开发工具链（如GCC/GDB、CMake、Makefile等），熟悉Linux环境下的多线程、进程间通信（IPC）及内存管理
- 在高速传感器信号处理、实时数据采集及降噪方面有扎实经验。熟悉滤波算法（如卡尔曼滤波、FIR/IIR）以及动态/运动环境下的数据融合技术
- 熟悉工业领域常用的协议，如OPC UA，MQTT, Modbus，Profibus，RS485，HART，工业以太网等
- 熟悉敏捷开发方法论和敏捷实践
- 具备良好的代码风格、编程和测试习惯，能够撰写高质量的设计文档
- 表达沟通良好，责任心强，善于学习和分享新技术
- 良好的英语听说读写水平
- 具备SoftPLC及工业控制应用开发经验。熟悉IEC 61131-3编程标准（如ST、LD），能够基于软PLC平台进行控制逻辑的设计、优化与调试 (优先考虑)
- 有软件架构设计，项目管理或需求分析经验 (优先考虑)
