- 负责内部顾客反馈的质量问题的处理，对纠正和预防措施的有效性实施监督。（30%）
- 对SAP系统内的QN数据进行分析，推动相关部门对产品和流程进行持续改善以降低客户投诉。（10%）
- 过程质量控制 Process quality control (40%)
- 负责处理RTSI生产线质量异常，与生产制造和供应链等团队协作，确保交货质量。（20%）
- 负责产品线LMES系统内质量数据统计和分析，对质量趋势及改进措施有效性实施跟踪。（15%）
- 对产品线进行定期过程审核，跟进不符合项的改进行动。（5%）
- 新品质量控制 (20%)
- 主导新产品项目过程质量控制计划的制定。（15%）
- 运用统计工具对小批试制的过程能力进行评估，并与制造团队一起持续提升新产品的合格率。（5%）
- 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历，仪器仪表、机电类等相关工科专业背景。
- 工作经验
- 3年以上质量工作经验，有仪器仪表类过程质量管理,客诉管理经验者优先。
- 专业技能要求
- 通过中质协6西格玛绿带考试,精通各种质量管理工具,如SPC, MSA, DOE 等
- 其他要求
- 优秀的沟通与协调能力，有团队协作精神。有较好的抗压能力。
