Service Sales Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Rainin Instrument is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Sales Manager to join our regional sales team. This role is critical in driving growth by identifying new service accounts, supporting existing customers, and developing compelling proposals and sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the region’s sales team to identify new service accounts and support growth with existing customers.
  • Create, plan, and implement service growth strategies in partnership with sales representatives to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales teams on technical service selling skills, sales planning, negotiation, and customer segment expertise.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers by understanding their requirements and regulations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Partner with service operations and cross-functional teams to align and drive service strategies.
  • Monitor and report on service renewals to meet regional targets; provide escalation support when necessary.
  • Support customer needs analysis and contribute to the development of Rainin solutions proposals.
  • Drive customer engagement in collaboration with Sales through business reviews to optimize customer experience and revenue.
  • Work with sales management to develop and report on the service pipeline ensuring alignment with resource capacity.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50%).

Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (including CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, etc.).No relocation assistance provided at this time.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Ability to influence outcomes without direct personal tactical responsibility
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences related discipline preferred
