- Drive sales force efficiency in line with targets and agreed KPIs.
- Develop, maintain, and execute account penetration plans for key customer accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Utilise CRM and SET tools effectively throughout the sales process, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.
- Deliver exceptional customer value through consultative selling and solution-based discussions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer projects and business objectives.
- Organise and participate in customer visits, technical seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Proven experience in technical sales, scientific instrumentation, laboratory solutions, or a related field.
- Background in Thermal Analysis, Materials Characterisation, Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong account management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset.
- Full UK driving licence.
- 25 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days.
