Location Manchester, England Date posted February 18, 2025 Job ID 18064- Content Planning – Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify key learning objectives and develop comprehensive content plans that meet the needs for global technicians and engineers.
- Content Creation – Design and produce engaging interactive digital learning materials including videos and images that enhance the learning experience.
- Conversion of existing training materials such as service manuals into digital content.
- Comfortable streaming and assisting with live training content.
- Collaborating outside of the service team to provide input and guidance on best practice.
- Previous Shooting and Editing Experience – utilize your videography and editing skills to create visually appealing informative video content that reinforces the purposes of the learning objectives.
- Motivation to consistently improve within your role by gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders.
- Confidence to creatively lead the project of multi course development material.
- Use of software packages such as Synthesia, Articulate, and streaming software such as OBS.
- Content creation via animation / graphic design / new softwares.
- Background in internal content creation for development and learning.
- Interest in technical equipment / factory operations.
- Previous use of camera equipment to shoot and stream content – Cameras, webcams, lighting, iPhone.
- Understanding of audio equipment – Mixers, microphones.
- Previous use of editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail to assist your commitment to producing high-quality learning content.
- Salary range £25,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
