- 负责量产产线设计与物流规划，确保生产过程符合EHS标准
- 负责标准工时制定，作业指导书编写，员工培训，工装夹具开发
- 负责工程变更的风险评估及验证，协调MCO变更实施和问题反馈跟踪
- 快速响应并解决产线突发异常，严格执行并监督工艺纪律，保障生产连续性与合规性
- 运用精益工具，持续识别并消除流程中的浪费，提升生产效率
- 利用质量工具，系统地改善和预防质量问题，持续提升质量水平和稳定性
- 持续关注制造过程和成本结构，持续优化流程和制造成本
- 完成上级安排的其他工作
- 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、机电一体化或电气自动化等相关专业
- 工作经验
- 5年以上精密仪器或高端装备制造行业的工艺相关经验
- 有独立管理中型项目经验，如车间规划、生产线体设计、自动化升级项目等
- 专业技能要求
- 具备扎实的精益生产知识，能熟练运用精益工具及质量管理工具
- 熟练掌握 CAD 软件（如 CREO、AutoCAD 等）并能进行复杂工装设计
- 具备良好的项目管理能力，沟通协调能力
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
