- 负责衡器秤体、结构件及产品集成的迭代与开发，确保开发进度、质量和成本；
- 负责技术方案的制定与审核，有效管理团队技术障碍和风险；
- 负责现有产品的维护、提升及成本改善，及时处理客户、合规、供应链等团队的问题反馈；
- 负责新技术、新方法的引入，持续提升团队技能和效率。
- 技术开发与管理
- 根据产品及技术路线图，规划技术储备及预研项目，确保路线图的落地与技术领先；
- 持续进行Dfx、模块化提升，负责产品机械部分及系统的架构设计；
- 按敏捷开发、PLM 要求组织各研发活动，持续开展流程优化，确保设计输出的有效性和完整性。
- 团队管理
- 按业务策略及技术趋势，进行关键技术识别、培养与能力建设，为产品开发维护提供资源保障；
- 负责团队日常技术管理，持续进行员工能力及Engagement提升。
- 机械工程及其它相关专业，硕士或以上学历；
- 五年及以上工作经验，二年以上团队管理经验；
- 丰富的结构、仿真设计经验及问题分析能力，熟悉常规加工及检测工艺；
- 具有焊接、敏捷开发或数据分析经验者优先；
- 具备较强的责任心、自驱力、团队协作和学习能力；
- 熟练掌握英语读写技能，能流利进行口语日常交流者优先。
