- Define and execute long-term software product strategies aligned with IND growth goals (e.g., digital/automation transformation).
- Software as a key growth driver and differentiator, driving software portfolio strategy and market expansion, define the portfolio of IND software products.
- Conduct strategic planning and gain insights into industry trends, competition, and user needs to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Marketing, Sales) to ensure strategy implementation.
- Product Management (50%)
- Own end-to-end product management from ideation to launch, including prioritization and iteration, such as MME, MLE.
- Define the product roadmap according to IND software strategy and optimize product performance through data-driven decisions and user feedback. Continuously focus on increasing customer value and reducing internal costs.
- Manage product maintenance (MOL), including upgrading features, technical documentation and issue resolution. Collaborate for joint development with MT IND's terminal portfolio.
- Manage the product’s financial goals, including increasing sales and profits. Work with the team leader on business strategies and with Marketing on go-to-market plans.
- Business Collaboration & Project Management (30%)
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure project success and verify the strategy. GTC is essential.
- Work with teams and MO on localized promotion campaigns and customer engagement.
- Support core customer projects. Continuously identify new product opportunities and customer value.
- Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Automation, Software, Electrical Engineering or similar subjects
- Computer Science is a plus.
- Working years
- Minimum 3 (5 is better) years of experience in product management, project management, marketing, or product design.
- Minimum 2 years Digitalization experience is a plus.
- Professional skills
- User-Centered Mindset: Constant focus on user needs and experience, actively collecting and responding to user feedback.
- Strong ownership and passion for the work and the business target, as well as teamwork spirit, strong Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data analysis and algorithm optimization to guide product design and iteration. Strong logical thinking, study and innovation capability, excellent analytics and execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with market organizations and customers, agile Iteration and rapid response
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Can adapt to business travels
- Proficient in English
- Experience in product management or industry software preferred
