Location Shanghai, Shanghai Municipality, China Date posted May 09, 2026 Job ID 22035- 订单交付全流程管理：所负责的客户，需完成出口订单的录入、采购单下达与跟踪，协调内外部资源（工厂、物流等），保障端到端准时交付，提升客户满意度。
- 供需与库存协同优化：基于销售预测、订单及产能情况，协调交付计划，维持AP-HUB合理库存水位，同时快速响应订单变更与需求波动，避免呆滞物料。
- 特殊订单与售后问题处理：针对集团内部上线客户、出口第三方客户等特殊业务制定个性化处理方案，及时跟进退货、运输损坏、发票等售后问题，协调解决客户诉求。
- 数据维护与流程持续改进：确保ERP系统订单数据完整准确，配合审计合规要求；同时参与流程优化，探索数字化工具，提升团队整体运营效率。
- 团队协作与目标达成：参与团队培训与知识共享，协助新员工融入；全力推进并达成团队KPI指标，保障整体业务顺畅运行。参与团队培训与知识共享，协助新同事快速融入团队。
- 完成上级主管交办的其他任务。
- 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、数学统计等相关专业优先。
- 二年以上订单支持/客户服务/供应链相关工作经验，有跨国企业或相关行业经验者优先。
- 英语听说读写能力强，能够作为工作语言进行业务沟通。
- 注重细节，工作认真负责，具备较强的责任心和同理心。
- 优秀的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神，能主动协调并推动各部门合作。
- 学习能力强，能快速掌握新业务知识，具备独立分析和解决问题的能力。
- 能够同时处理多项任务，并具备较强的时间管理能力；在高压下保持高效并按时完成工作。
- 熟练操作办公软件（如Excel、Word等）和ERP系统者优先。
