Executive Assistant
Location Worthington, Ohio, United States Date posted June 01, 2026 Job ID 22205- Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and ensure all appointments are prepared for in advance.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Workshop & Event Coordination: Support the planning and logistics of internal workshops, off-sites, and team events.
- Expense Reporting: Process and submit expense reports, reconcile receipts, and liaise with finance to ensure timely reimbursements and compliance with company policy.
- Information & Report Coordination: Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and formatting of information from internal stakeholders for reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- General Administration: Provide broader organizational support as needed and handling ad hoc tasks that keep the office and team running efficiently.
- A high school diploma is required however a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Proficiency with SAP enterprise systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Experience in an administrative, office management, or executive assistant role
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail — you rarely let things slip through the cracks
- A proactive, self-starter mindset
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and adapting to a fast-paced environment
