Field Service Team Leader -North West
Location Manchester, England, United Kingdom Date posted September 16, 2026 Job ID 23231- Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Service Technicians to deliver outstanding service performance.
- Monitor and drive KPI achievement across all areas of service operations.
- Provide proactive operational support to technicians and the service back office.
- Support service growth by conducting customer site surveys and identifying service and contract opportunities.
- Drive technician development, cross-skilling and training initiatives to maximise regional capability and scheduling efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, customer site regulations and quality standards.
- Foster a strong team culture focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team of field-based service, engineering or technical professionals.
- Experience managing operational performance through KPIs and service metrics.
- Strong technical and engineering aptitude.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to manage priorities, resolve issues and drive performance across a geographically dispersed team.
- Good understanding of the service lifecycle and the relationship between service and sales activities.
- Experience working across multiple product lines or business units.
