Sales Engineer Product Inspection

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to promote product inspection equipment.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of X-ray, metal detector, and checkweigher systems.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure product quality and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, service, and marketing to support sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to stay updated on market trends and technologies.
  • Provide feedback to product management for continuous improvement and innovation.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Eng., Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Automation Eng., or related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Eng., Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Automation Eng., or related field is preferred.
  • 3 years of working experience, Proven experience in field sales, preferably within a technical or industrial sector
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, & Interpersonal Skills. Both in Bahasa Indonesia & English, verbally & written.
  • Familiarity in F&B production Process. More specific in Dairy, Snack & Confectionary, Bulk Food industries.
  • Good technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies. Minimum able to describe the working principles of Checkweigher, Metal Detector, Xray Systems, and Vision Inspection.
  • Proven experience in sales or technical support of product inspection systems (X-ray, metal detector, checkweigher).
  • Strong understanding of product inspection technologies and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
