Senior Financial Analyst
Location Billerica, Massachusetts, United States Date posted September 08, 2025 Job ID 20262 Pay Range 100000- Support the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams by providing accurate and timely financial reporting and performance analysis
- Utilizing modeling tools, prepare sales forecasts and provide guidance to Senior Management on significant fluctuations, upsides and risks.
- Perform analytical review of sales and margin results versus prior year, budget, and forecast.
- Lead monthly calculation and reconciliation process of regional and national sales commissions by coordinating with senior sales managers and data stewards to ensure data integrity
- Analyze operational and functional area period expenses. Develop trend analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Communicate findings and recommendations to Senior Management.
- Support Senior Management in the development of annual Sales Compensation Plans, and collaborate with Accounting team to establish and track monthly accruals
- Provide ad hoc support to the corporate departments and operations functions as required.
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience. Experience in manufacturing environment a plus.
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or related field. MBA a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and SAP Business Intelligence (BI) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and high attention to detail
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work proactively, independently and in a team environment.
