Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and maintain reusable code for test automation framework components.
  • Perform test design and Code reviews.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing / test automation development as per standards defined by the organization.
  • Provide work breakdown and estimation.
  • Meet the quality and test automation schedule targets for your project.
  • Identify, monitor, and handle the dependencies and risks.
  • Help the team to troubleshoot the issues. Perform root cause analysis for major issues.
  • Ensure content and structure of all testing / test automation artifacts are documented and maintained.
  • Adhere to development coding standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes for test automation.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders across time zones.
  • Keep yourself and the team updated with latest industry developments and share ideas to improve test methods.

What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering or any related field
Graduates with Test automation engineering background (using C#.NET/ Python / Java)

Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in testing domain, with a minimum of 5 years in test automation

Required skills:
  • Proficient in any one of the programming languages C#.NET/ Python / Java.
  • Hands on experience with Web automation test frameworks like Selenium WebDriver/Playwright.
  • Hands on experience with Web App and Web API automation testing.
  • Prior experience in maintaining or extending Test automation frameworks modules / libraries
  • Able to perform manual testing also.
  • Automating test cases in BDD format based on specifications in MS Azure DevOps
  • Proficient in understanding and analyzing the requirements and providing the estimates.
  • Planning and executing test case adaption based on those requirements.
  • Maintaining the libraries and adapt test cases for Website changes.
  • Analyzing failed test cases, follow the defect management process and dynamic in resolving issues.
  • Strong test design and review skills
  • Must have hands-on experience in Git, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Passion for clean code and pragmatic, elegant design and proficient in providing technical solutions.
  • Strong exposure to Development life cycle and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • ISTQB Certified or equivalent experience in Web testing
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Laboratory domain/regulation like NABL.
  • Knowledge of pharmacopoeia.
  • Knowledge about mathematical and statistical calculations and verification.
  • Experience in Web automation test rather than just manual testing.
