Inside Sales & Planning Coordinator
Location Cambridge, England, United Kingdom Date posted October 07, 2025 Job ID 20357- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with customers to ensure that their requirements are met and that they are receiving an exceptional level of service
- Manage customers’ expectations by communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all customer orders for systems and spare parts are processed accurately within a timely manner
- On a daily basis, plan and schedule new planned orders ensuring they are planned and released in accordance with production system
- Run weekly open order books specific to each customer and distribute accordingly
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Market Managers, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Dispatch to comprehensively understand order status
- Attend and present relevant data at the daily production meetings such as SQCDP, release meeting and E2E boards
- Respond to and resolve all enquiry & complaints received in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule EPO’s and manage engineering capacity
- Experience working in customer service and sales order processing
- High level of attention to detail and order inputting
- Ability to communicate complex messages in a clear, straightforward and empathetic way
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to interact with peers, managers and employees
- SAP knowledge is desirable
