Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Your role: We are currently hiring a Sales Representative who will work as part of a Telesales Team. You will work as part of a Laboratory sales team based in Zagreb and will be responsible for increasing sales of Laboratory (Standard Business) products for Croatian and Slovenian market.

Your main responsibilities would include:
  • Sales of products and solution laboratory via phone and electronic media (from the office), using professional selling skills;
  • Management of inbound demands (leads) from dedicated accounts;
  • Tracking and following up on the leads, preparing offers, project execution actions;
  • Application and technical advisory for the customers;
  • Manage all business-related activities using SAP CRM system;
  • Tracking and preparation of tenders;
  • Development of general and technical knowledge regarding METTLER TOLEDO product lines and service offerings.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Language skills in Croatian and Slovenian, written and spoken is a must;
  • Very good level of English;
  • Bachelor`s degree (preferably chemical/ biotechnological/related specialization and/or laboratory-based experience) or sales experience in B2B environment;
  • Sales personality with the strong target driven attitude;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills;
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word;
  • Experience using SAP CRM tools will be an advantage.
