Marketing Operations Specialist (all genders)

Are you passionate about connecting marketing strategy with flawless execution? 

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will orchestrate multichannel campaigns, drive reporting and automation initiatives, and work closely with marketing teams to deliver measurable results. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, optimizing processes, and leveraging data to improve performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Set up the logic and structure for multichannel campaign initiatives based on campaign objectives,
  • Create and maintain campaign reports, and be able to provide meaningful, data-driven insights,
  • Coordinate with the different marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed correctly,
  • Drive automation in reporting and campaign setup - set up dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Excel, using different data sources to gather data from different locations,
  • Keep SharePoint updated with relevant campaign information️,
  • Create supporting documentation for internal stakeholders,
  • Make sure the marketing content follows the corporate guidelines,
  • Support the DSMA (Display & Social Media Advertising) team with ongoing tasks when needed.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 3 years of professional experience in a marketing role, ideally with experience coordinating across teams,
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience,
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (min. C1),
  • Hands-on experience with multichannel campaigns (integrated use of several channels), including organic social media, paid media, email marketing, SEO, SEA, telemarketing, and third-party / partner campaigns,
  • Automating reports and campaign setup - like building dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Excel that pull data from multiple sources,
  • Working with SharePoint and Power Automate (managing SharePoint, automating workflows),
  • Strong coordination and communication skills,
  • Knowledge of at least one of the tools: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Oracle Eloqua, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Power Automate.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager and Recruiter (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office with the Manager and Team (1 hour).
