Service Administration Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Backoffice Position within Service Administration

Your main tasks:
  • Manage and update customer data within the system based on information received from technicians and customers,
  • Administer and maintain service contracts effectively,
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer email inquiries related to contract maintenance,
  • Create and implement agreed contract features tailored to the appropriate services,
  • Oversee contract invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers,
  • Collaborate closely with business partners in supported countries to maintain smooth operations,
  • Ensure all relevant documents are electronically archived completely and in a timely manner,
  • Prepare and analyze statistics and reports related to service administration.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions,
  • Very good knowledge of English (min B2 level),
  • Well-developed MS Office skills, 
  • Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
  • Focus on time frames.
