Agile and Change Management Specialist (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Agile and Change Management Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the change process by combining responsibilities as a Scrum Master and Change Management Specialist, along with supporting Release Train Engineer (RTE) activities.

This role focuses on advancing Agile transformation by coaching teams and leaders, fostering alignment and effective collaboration across different teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximize value delivery efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting with stakeholder alignment and helping to address resistance,
  • Collaborate within complex organizational structures, adapting to different team needs and maturity levels,
  • Encourage an Agile mindset and culture by providing guidance and practical support,
  • Assist in coaching and supporting leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to build Agile/SAFe skills and practices,
  • Help ensure clear and consistent communication across teams and management,
  • Assist in facilitating, coordinating, and delivering scaled Agile activities such as Program Increment (PI) planning, dependency tracking, and risk identification,
  • Help identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and support Product Owners and Product Management with backlog management at both team and Agile Release Train (ART) levels,
  • Collect and report key performance indicators and metrics to monitor delivery and transformation progress at team and Agile Release Train (ART) levels,
  • Support effective management of priorities and resources to aid ongoing transformation efforts and maintain team engagement.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Change Management,
  • Over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach,
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in change management,
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile/SAFe and/or Scrum/Kanban methodologies,
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (min. C1),
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Experience working in international projects within large, matrixed organizations?,
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and hands-on approach.
Nice to Have
  • Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE),
  • SAFe /PSM/CSM certification,
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn about SAP implementation, release management, and cutover processes.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager and Recruiter (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office with the Manager and Team (1 hour).
